Challenge or Stress Numbers

Numbers and a Life Without Stress

Stress changes how we think, and how we think changes how our bodies feel. Extreme worry changes how our bodies work and affects how we think, feel, and have energy. Psychosomatic diseases are what happens as a result. We can figure out our stress levels by using Numerology. If we know this stress number, we can avoid big problems and diseases. The stress number can help us figure out what part of the body is hurting. It also keeps us from making the same mistakes over and over. Numbers that stress us slow us down and drain our energy.

If the stress numbers keep showing up in our lives, it means something bad is about to happen or is already happening. If we live in a house that is the same size as our stress number, we won’t be able to relax. If your flat number is 1342, for example, we add all the digits together until we get a single figure. 1+3+4+2=10, and again we add 1+0= 1. The last number in our unit number is 1. If your stress number is 1, as shown in the table below, you will feel mentally stressed at home. If 2 is your stress number, your mind will never be at ease, which will cause you to worry a lot.

How to figure out the stress number

This calculation needs to be done in 4 steps. Date of Birth Example: November 19, 1966. We bring all the numbers into a single digit by adding them up until they add up to a single digit. November is the 11th month, so 1+1=2. The number 19 will become 1+9=10, then 1+0=1, and the number 1966 will become 1+9+6+6=22. adding it again, it is 2+2=4.

So, from the birth date, we have 3 sets of single digits. Two, one, and four. Put the numbers in mm/dd/yyyy format.

Step 1
Subtract the month from the date. In the case above, 2-1 = 1, so write 1 below 2 and 1. It’s called A.

Step 2
Subtract the year from the date (1–4 = 3), and write that number below 1 and 4. Whether the number is -3 or +3, just write 3. It’s called B.

Step3
Now, if you take A away from B, you get 1-3 = 2. Put it between A and B and call it C.

Step 4
Now, subtract the month and the year and write the result below C. For example, 2 – 4 = 2 is D.

Here’s what I mean:

            2 1 4

                       1(A) 3(B)

                           2(C)

                           2(D)

The most important stress number is C; the others are less important.

Pay more attention to “C” because it is important to everything we do. Once we’ve learned our lessons, we’ll be able to make sure the stress numbers don’t hurt us.
