Emotional healing with Reiki
Over the years, I’ve noticed that while many of us focus on cleansing the physical body, we often overlook the emotional weight we carry every day. Stress, grief, unspoken feelings, and emotional fatigue don’t simply fade away—they settle quietly into our energy field. This is where Reiki has become such a powerful and gentle ally in my work.
I often describe Reiki as an energy detox, especially for the emotional body.

The emotional body holds our feelings, memories, and responses to life’s experiences. Even when we believe we have “moved on”, emotions that were never fully processed can remain stored energetically.

No belief system is required—only a willingness to receive.
I don’t see Reiki as a replacement for medical or psychological care, but as a complementary support that works on an energetic level. By addressing the emotional body, Reiki helps create space for more profound awareness, healing, and growth.
When the emotional body begins to reset, people often reconnect with themselves in a more grounded, compassionate way.
An energy detox isn’t about fixing something that’s broken—it’s about releasing what no longer needs to be carried. Reiki offers a gentle invitation to pause, soften, and return to balance.
